For too long, the majority of real estate professionals have ignored the potency of the green housing market. It seems that there just wasn't anything 'sexy' enough about solar panels or sustainable materials, to make this small sector of the market interesting. Well, things have certainly changed in recent years, and many home sales experts can now see the value of energy-saving, environmentally aware, housing.
